Introduction

These GlobalBanks Terms of Use & Purchase (“Terms”) is a mutually agreed and legally binding agreement between you and GlobalBanks.

Professional service providers, including but not limited to advisors, lawyers, accountants, consultants, and other third party service providers seeking to access the Platform to support the needs of their clients are strictly prohibited from doing so.

Instead, access of this Platform is strictly reserved for use by individuals and business owners looking to support their own bank account opening requirements.

Terms of Purchase

To use the purchase goods and services from the Platform, you have to register an account with GlobalBanks.

Most of the products offered are digital in nature, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, online memberships, and similar products, which will be available to you online after purchase.

Any goods or services that you purchase or are referred to through the Platform are believed to be of legitimate value, but you must always do your own due diligence before making any decision. This Platform can not be held responsible for decisions you make as a result of a referral from this Platform.

Returns or Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products and services offered by GlobalBanks, refunds are not available on first year membership fees.

Membership may be cancelled at anytime, and will end 12-months from the date that the membership was first initiated. Members wishing to end their subscription sooner may ask to have their account disabled, however no refund, full or partial, will be granted.

Access

Access to certain areas of this Platform is restricted. GlobalBanks reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of this Platform, or at the sole discretion of GlobalBanks, this entire Platform.

Your user ID and password may be disabled at anytime at the sole discretion of GlobalBanks without notice or explanation.

Warranties

This Platform is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. GlobalBanks makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Platform or the information and materials provided on this Platform.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.

Limited Liability

This Platform will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Platform:

• for any direct loss;
• for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
• for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, 
• for loss of contracts or business relationships, 
• for loss of reputation or goodwill, or 
• for loss or corruption of information or data

These limitations of liability apply even if this Platform has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
